Xotelia - How to deactivate the channel manager

If you are willing to stop using our services, to manually update your calendars again, you need to follow the steps below:


1. [Optional] On Xotelia, set the availbility to 0. It will close the online agencies before you disconnect them.

2. [Mandatory] Get in touch with each online agency in order to:
- either switch back to manual updates
- or ask to turn your listings offline if you are not going to use this OTA again (

- Please remember to check on each platform if your email addres is the one listed, and not Xotelia's.

3. Please confirm to our support team so we can disconnect the last step on our side which will stop the updates that we send.
