Notification emails not received

The first thing to check is your Spams folder. 

If it's not there, you should be aware that we use the app Mailgun in order to send notifications in the best conditions. Some email providers may reject emails sent this way .

Please do the following:

- Set no-reply@xotelia.com in your address book.

- Contact your email provider and ask them to white list the domain @xotelia.com
