You can click on Reset password on the login page if you can't log with your own details. You will receive an email to modify the access.
If you have recently changed your password, you may have to untick the box "remember me" otherwise it will intefere with the details you are now entering.
Here are the conditions to respect in order to access Xotelia:
- The password must be changed every 90 days
- The password must be at least 7-character long
- The password must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special caracter.
- The last 4 passwords cannot be used again
- After 6 failed connections, the account is locked and you need to send an email to our support team to get your access restored.
- You are automatically logged out of your account on Xotelia after 15 minutes of inactivity.
- All sessions expire after 200 minutes and you need to log again.
- If you don't access Xotelia for 90 days, your account will expire. You will need to contact the support team to reactivate your account.
